How do I register a group?
Read the information below and then go to this PCA Bookstore link to register your group and pay for the number of women in your group. Depending on the size of your group, you will pay the following rates.
What are the group costs?
Groups of 2 to 7 – $125/person
Groups 8+ – $100/person
Here is what you NEED to get your group registered:
Decide how many women are going to participate with you.
Please contact Tim Schirm if you would like to have CDM invoice your church. If you have a church group, maybe your church will pay for the participants and those able can reimburse the church. If you are gathering with other friends, one person can be designated as the “payee” and then be reimbursed.
Once paid, you will receive an email within 1 business day with a special coupon code to be used by each woman in the group. She will then go online and register as an Individual (she will use the coupon code so she won’t have to pay online). Each woman will then have access to the Conference material.
Please do not “share” your log-in information with others; each person accessing and watching the material needs to have paid. Thank you!
Here is what you GET when your group is registered:
A code for each individual to have any time access to all the content from February 18-May 18, 2021.
How do the women in my group gain access to the material?
Once you have paid for your group members, you will receive a coupon code.
She will enter her name, address, email, church, username, password, etc.
Right before the Credit Card information, there is a link that says “Coupon Code.”
Click on the Coupon Code button and enter the coupon code provided.
Do NOT put in your credit card information!
She will then have access to the site and will receive emails directly from Karen Hodge throughout the period of the conference.
Do women need to register individually?
The women in your group will want to have access to the site so they can read about the various speakers and receive emails from Karen. If you want to send in their emails separately rather than entering them yourself, please send them to Kathy Wargo at firstname.lastname@example.org.
